Although we initially covered predominantly IT related roles, this has since been expanded to include Engineering vacancies. This is as a result of being asked to look at another client's Engineering roles as they were impressed with our approach to IT recruitment. We are proud of our successful approach - we identify the candidate base and what the client needs to offer to attract the candidate, and we go out and find the right people. Since then we have sourced Senior Engineers and Engineering Managers in a variety of commercial areas predominantly Aerospace, Naval and MOD. |
